Ceramic coatings

 A Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer that is applied by hand to the exterior of a vehicle. The coating chemically bonds with the vehicle’s factory paint, creating a layer of protection, and leaving behind an incredible finish, when the surface is prepared accordingly.

There are numerous benefits of Ceramic Coatings.  They're some of the best protection you can get from the elements for your vehicle.  Ceramic Coatings are chemical resistant, to help prevent damage from contaminants such as fall out, bug guts, bird droppings, tree sap, etc.  Ceramic Coatings are also UV resistant, which is going to stop your paint from prematurely oxidizing, or fading due to harmful UV rays.  In addition to the chemical and UV resistance mentioned before, they also create a hydrophobic layer which helps repel dirt from sticking to the surface, and makes cleaning the surface significantly easier.  On top of all of the listed benefits, they create and lock in a layer of gloss over the surface that brings a smile to vehicle owner's faces. 

Maintenance of a Ceramic Coating is easy.  Tunnel car washes (ones which touch your vehicle) are absolutely off limits; they are far too aggressive and will not only harm the finish on the vehicle, but also potentially damage panels on the vehicle.  Interval cleaning with touchless car washes is acceptable.  At a minimum, we recommend that at least once a month the vehicle is hand washed utilizing the proper soaps and techniques (no wax, no brushes, no bath towels, etc.).  For the guarantee of the coating, it's required for the vehicle to come back once a year for a maintenance wash (price based on size of vehicle), to be washed and inspected for proper maintenance.  We go over the proper wash steps (it's really not too hard!) and start you off with some product once you pick up your vehicle from being coated.
